The working line lead will serve as a production employee, support break relief, and act as a back production supervisor in the event to assist with meeting daily production requirements. This includes setting goals and meeting SnackCraft standards. The working lead must be capable of operating bagger equipment efficiently, work weekends, help with production work orders, end of shift reporting and help support weekend rotations when overtime is scheduled. Work Environment: This job operates in a food production and warehouse setting. Physical stamina and ability to work in environments with noise, heat, and machinery. The floor surface is concrete. The noise level is moderate with no vibration. Material movement takes place throughout the facility. Physical Demands: Hearing and speaking to exchange information Dexterity of hands and fingers to operate equipment Reaching overhead, above shoulders and horizontally Bending at the waist, kneeling, sitting, or crouching Ability to walk and stand-up during shift Competencies: Leadership and Team Management: Ability to motivate and guide, delegate and monitor performance of team members Communication Skills: Clear and effective verbal and written communication, ability to relay instructions from supervisors to line workers Technical and Process Knowledge: Familiarity with production equipment, workflow optimization and troubleshooting Problem-Solving and Decision Making: Quick thinking in resolving production issues, making decisions that maintain efficiency and quality
