We’re seeking a hands-on Carpenter Foreman in Newington, NH who leads from the front. This is a working leadership position for someone experienced in wood framing and/or metal stud and drywall who can manage a crew while actively producing high-quality work.

This is a working foreman role — you’ll be on the tools while setting the pace and standard for the crew.

Requirements

• 3+ years of experience as a Carpenter Foreman or Lead Carpenter
• Strong background in wood framing and/or metal stud & drywall
• Ability to read plans and manage layouts independently
• Proven leadership and crew management skills
• Reliable transportation

Nice To Haves

• OSHA 10 or OSHA 30 preferred

Responsibilities

• Lead and supervise a crew on commercial projects
• Perform and oversee wood framing and/or metal stud framing
• Hang and finish drywall as needed
• Read and interpret blueprints and project specifications
• Coordinate daily tasks and keep projects on schedule
• Maintain job site safety and quality standards
• Communicate directly with project managers and other trades
