About The Position

Workforce Transformation Lead at ProFinda ProFinda is a fast-growing, innovative SaaS company revolutionizing how organizations understand, mobilize, and manage their workforce and skills. Our platform uses cutting-edge AI to match people to the right projects and opportunities, enabling unprecedented agility and efficiency for our global client base. We work with some of the world's largest and most complex organizations, and our success is directly tied to the deep, trusted relationships we build with them. We are seeking a Workforce Transformation Consultant - a seasoned Subject Matter Expert (SME) in resource management, skills-based work, and organizational agility - to join our sales team. This role is critical to translating a client’s workforce challenges into a clear vision of success powered by ProFinda. You will be the trusted advisor and key part of the sales process who educates, inspires, and strategically guides potential clients through the evaluation process, demonstrating the transformative business value of our solution. This is a hybrid role to be based in the London area and will require 2 days per week in ProFinda HQ.

Requirements

  • Demonstrable experience (typically 5+ years) in a highly consultative role within the SaaS, HR Tech, or Professional Services space.
  • Deep Subject Matter Expertise in one or more of the following: resource management, workforce planning, skills intelligence, project portfolio management (PPM), or professional services automation (PSA).
  • Exceptional presentation and storytelling skills, with the ability to simplify complex concepts and tailor the message for both technical and non-technical audiences.
  • Proven ability to conduct compelling and professional product demonstrations for large enterprise clients.
  • A strong commercial acumen, with experience building business cases and articulating long-term value.
  • Willingness to travel as required to client sites and industry events.

Responsibilities

  • Act as the primary Subject Matter Expert (SME) during the pre-sales process for all topics related to resource management, skills intelligence, and workforce transformation.
  • Conduct deep-dive discovery sessions to diagnose potential clients' current resource allocation models, identify critical pain points, and quantify the negative impact of their current state.
  • Architect and articulate a future state vision where the client leverages ProFinda to achieve strategic goals, such as increasing project utilization, boosting employee engagement, and future-proofing their workforce.
  • Develop compelling, tailored value propositions and business cases that demonstrate a clear Return on Investment (ROI).
  • Design and deliver highly engaging, customised product demonstrations that resonate with a variety of stakeholders, from operational managers to C-level executives (e.g., COO, CHRO, CIO).
  • Translate complex AI and platform capabilities into tangible, real-world business benefits, focusing on how the solution solves the client's specific resource and skills challenges.
  • Gather requirements from external stakeholders, map out functional and technical specifications, and interface directly with internal tech teams to ensure accurate translation and implementation of business needs.
  • Lead technical and functional Q&A sessions, effectively addressing client concerns and managing proof-of-concept (PoC) engagements.
  • Partner closely with the Sales Executive to create and execute the overall pre-sales strategy for key opportunities.
  • Provide critical market and client feedback to the Technical Delivery Manager to inform the platform roadmap.
  • Create and maintain a library of pre-sales assets, including demonstration scripts, presentations, and technical FAQs, ensuring consistency and quality across the sales cycle.
  • Stay abreast of industry trends, competitor offerings, and best practices in workforce transformation, resource management, and SaaS technology to maintain a leading advisory position.
