About The Position

Lead, mentor, and develop a geographically dispersed team of resource planners. Set team goals and KPIs; manage performance, execution discipline, and career development. Foster a culture of accountability, operational excellence, and continuous improvement. Build and maintain divisional workforce plans integrating supply/demand outlooks, hiring pipelines, budget constraints, and organizational priorities. Develop high‑quality executive‑ready reporting, dashboards/packets, and narratives for senior Technology leaders and Finance partners. Deliver concise, insight‑driven presentations that help senior leaders understand workforce trends, constraints, and opportunities. Ensure all resource transactions adhere to firm policies, approval frameworks, and regulatory requirements. Maintain high data integrity; proactively identify, escalate, and remediate data discrepancies. Support governance forums and workforce review cycles with clear materials, insights, and commentary. Expected base pay rates for the role will be between $150,000 and $210,000 per year at the commencement of employment. Requirements

  • Minimum 8 years of experience in workforce planning, resource management, business management, procurement, or program governance within financial services or technology.
  • Proven experience leading teams and driving cross‑functional planning or governance initiatives.
  • Advanced proficiency in Excel, PowerPoint, and enterprise reporting tools.
  • Exceptional communication and presentation skills.
  • Deep understanding of labor budgeting, requisition governance, workforce strategy, and organizational planning.
  • Experience managing confidential and sensitive initiatives.
  • Experience with divisional modeling, long‑term workforce planning, capacity management, or location strategy.
  • Demonstrated ability to craft executive‑ready narratives and reporting materials.
  • Strong organizational skills.
  • Background in Technology, Finance, Strategy, Project Management, or analytical fields.
