Utilizes innovative thought processes to arrive at solutions. Effectively presents trends and issues in a comprehensive concise format to all levels within the organization. Has an extensive understanding of the business unit and develops and conducts user acceptance testing. Maintains flexibility and adaptability as situations arise within the WFM Department.
