Make the workforce plan real, at scale. As the Program Implementation lead for Workforce, you will operationalize the 5-year staffing, forecasting, and scheduling roadmap for 2,200 associates across 12 states. You will convert strategic standards into policies, platform configurations, training, and adoption on our Workforce Management (WFM) platform (forecaster and scheduler modules) to ensure the right associate, with the right skills, at the right time—while protecting client experience and productivity. Partnering with Workforce Strategy, HR, Branch Operations, Finance, Risk, Technology, and field leaders, you will run structured governance for the WFM ecosystem, maintain the change calendar, drive schedule adherence and forecast accuracy, and steward the personnel budget for Consumer in partnership with Finance. You will own the reporting layer for staffing and scheduling, maintain model/process documentation for risk and audit, and lead change management so that standards stick. Expect to move quickly, resolve issues decisively, and deliver measurable improvements to service levels, cost-to-serve, and associate experience.
