Workforce Development (WFD) Instructor - CDL
About The Position
Job Summary: Deliver workforce development courses specific to CDL behind-the-wheel training in Class A, B, and other customized areas. The current opening is specifically for weekend instructors. Please note that all teaching faculty are required to comply with PA Act 15. You will need to present completed clearances and training certificates at the time of hire. Requirements
- Minimum five years over-the-road driving experience
- Valid D.O.T. medical exam card
- Valid CDL Class A license
- Valid D.O.T. medical exam card
- Valid CDL Class A license
Nice To Haves
- Two years adult education instruction and/or train-the-trainer experience
- Preferred endorsements: tanker, doubles/triples and/or passanger
Responsibilities
- Instruct and deliver education to individuals interested in obtaining CDL Class A, or B licenses, or other customized CDL training
