Requirements
- Minimum of Up to 3 years of relevant experience.
- Active DoD Top Secret/SCI.
Responsibilities
- Identify learning needs
- Coordinate training
- Track workforce skills
- Support employee development through mentoring and upskilling initiatives.
- Collaborate with crossâfunctional teams and stakeholders.
- Analyze operational challenges and recommend improvements.
- Develop documentation, reports, and deliverables supporting mission objectives.
- Support continuous improvement, compliance, and operational efficiency.
