As a Workforce Consultant, you’ll make a direct and meaningful impact by helping individuals unlock their career potential and connect with opportunity. In this dynamic role, you’ll collaborate with job seekers to create personalized employment plans, deliver one-on-one coaching, and guide skill development that leads to real results. Requirements

  • Proven experience delivering direct employment or workforce support services to unemployed or underemployed individuals, as well as those seeking to reskill or upskill into new careers. This includes individualized job placement, job readiness assessments, career planning, and supportive service referrals.
  • In-depth knowledge of human service systems, with a strong understanding of common barriers related to employment, housing, education, and community reintegration.
  • Established success in collaborating with a broad range of partners such as employers, social service organizations, government agencies, and nonprofits to connect individuals with education, training, and job opportunities.
  • Skilled in developing professional reports, presentations, and documentation for participants, partner agencies, and supervisors.
  • Experience analyzing service gaps, gathering participant or program data, and offering informed recommendations to management that support program quality and continuous improvement.
  • A bachelor’s degree in human services, social work, workforce development, or a closely related field may supplement relevant professional experience but is not a substitute for demonstrated skills and competencies in the areas noted above.
  • Equivalent combinations of education and directly related experience will be considered.

  • Discover potential and uncover barriers through interest and skill assessments that inform strategic, meaningful employment pathways tailored to each individual.
  • Provide dedicated, ongoing guidance with case management and career counseling that connect clients to programs, resources, and supports that move them closer to their goals.
  • Champion access and opportunity by helping clients navigate workforce programs, community resources, and partner services with clarity and confidence.
  • Drive progress through collaboration , coordinating and tracking client activities, services, and outcomes to ensure steady advancement toward employment milestones.
  • Inspire career readiness by coaching clients to strengthen job search techniques, refine resumes and applications, master interviews, and overcome obstacles to success.
  • Build lasting bridges between people and opportunity by facilitating workshops, partnering with employers, and sharing up-to-date labor market insights that help shape a responsive, future-ready workforce.
