The Available Workforce, also referred to as the "AW", is a bench of flexible recruiters, sourcers and coordinators that are readily available for internal positions within Talent Solutions RPO. It is designed to enable RPO to strategically align to our clients needs and scale quickly. All positions that are opened within RPO are sent to you, as an Available Workforce Consultant, first before being opened externally. Remove barriers and ensure candidates are equipped with the information and tools to prepare them for successful employment - Drive client satisfaction and loyalty by delivering on commitments and providing an exceptional hiring experience Thought Leadership - Positioned as an expert in the world of work, constantly refreshing their knowledge of in-demand skills and advising both candidates and clients through various platforms - Understand and educate client on the dynamics of the local market, labor, and workforce management

Requirements

  • Industry: 2+ years of recruiting or coordination experience
  • Education: High school diploma or equivalent

Nice To Haves

  • Education: Associate’s or bachelor’s degree
