The Workforce Career Consultant is responsible for development, planning and implementation of programs for our caregivers, system entities and community. Facilitates and directs operational quality improvement processes for professional development and design implementation. Provides expertise and consultation to the systems, monitors trends and issues in healthcare, designs and facilitates professional development activities. Accountable for developing and maintaining strong, collaborative relationships with community stakeholders and educational institutions in support of workforce programs, pipeline development and community-oriented objectives. Collaborates with internal and external stakeholders to establish, deliver and evaluate effective educational partnerships.
