Workflow Specialist
About The Position
As an Workflow Specialist here at Honeywell, you will be responsible for leading a team of assemblers in the assembly of electrical and electronic equipment. This role involves following established procedures and processes using various equipment to complete tasks efficiently. You will have the opportunity to train and mentor less experienced assemblers while directing and inspecting the work of junior team members. You will report directly to our Production supervisor, and you’ll work out of our Urbana, OH location on a 4 x10 work schedule. In this role, you will impact the overall efficiency and quality of our assembly operations, ensuring that products meet the highest standards while fostering a culture of continuous improvement and teamwork.
