About The Position
Bender Insurance Solutions is seeking an experienced Workers’ Compensation Specialist to serve as a strategic claims advocate for our commercial clients. This is not an adjuster role. This is a consultative position focused on improving claim outcomes, influencing reserving strategies, and partnering with Producers to deliver measurable value to clients.
Requirements
- 3+ years of progressive workers’ compensation claims experience (complex or litigated claims preferred)
- Strong negotiation and communication skills
- Ability to influence outcomes without direct authority
- Experience working with carriers, TPAs, or in a claims advocacy role
- Applicants must be legally authorized to work in the United States at the time of hire and must not require current or future sponsorship.

- Preferred designations: WCIP, WCLS, WCCA
Responsibilities
- Conduct high-level workers’ compensation claim reviews
- Influence claim strategy with carriers, TPAs, and defense counsel
- Identify reserving concerns and closure opportunities
- Partner with Producers in prospect and renewal meetings
- Serve as a trusted advisor to clients on claim performance
- Contribute to agency safety initiatives and strategic planning
