About The Position
The Workers’ Compensation Practice Group is hiring an experienced paralegal to join our downtown Richmond office. Our mid-size law firm offers the collegial environment of a small business with the supportive resources of a larger one. We offer a collaborative environment where attorneys and paralegals work together in the defense of claims throughout Virginia. Responsibilities
- Requesting, organizing, and analyzing medical records
- Preparing legal documents, including subpoenas and deposition notices
- Implementing case strategy
