Requirements

• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and applicable software systems

Responsibilities

• Collaboration to manage case details, timelines, and strategy
• Draft and file legal documents – routine pleadings, motions, etc
• Legal research and written analysis to attorneys
• Interview and prepare summaries of client and witness statements
• Organize and maintain case files
• Assist with trial preparation and managing materials
