Facilitate clear, timely communication between employees, management, healthcare providers, and the carrier. Provide updates to management and affected employees regarding claim status and next steps. Ensure all workers' compensation processes adhere to federal, state, and local regulations. Maintain confidential and accurate records of all claims, correspondence, and decisions. Assist in preparing reports related to claims trends, costs, and outcomes for management review. Collaborate with People team, Health & Safety team, management, and healthcare providers to facilitate safe and timely return-to-work plans. Participate in safety committees and contribute to workplace injury prevention initiatives.
