Workers Compensation Claims Adjuster - Remote (NJ/PA)
About The Position
Our client is expanding their Workers' Compensation Department and seeking to add a Workers' Compensation Claims Adjuster to help East Coast claims operation. The se positions would be responsible for handling W orkers' Compensation Lost-time from inception to close. Qualified candidates must possess a strong knowledge of W orkers' Compensation jurisdictions, including New Jersey and Pennsylvania. This is a fully remote position. Handle moderate to complex Workers' Compensation claims, including litigation, with minimal supervision and guidance from the manager. Negotiate settlements with injured workers and attorneys. Consistently exhibit a high level of customer service and adherence to department Best Practices.
Requirements
- 4+ years of experience handling NJ/PA Workers' Compensation claims.
- Adjuster license(s) preferred
- Excellent Customer Service and Organizational skills.
- High School Diploma required; Bachelor's Degree preferred but not required.
