What You’ll Do As the Workday Testing Lead, you will: Design and manage testing strategies for Workday system changes; oversee test execution, troubleshooting, and defect resolution. Partner with Workday administrators, SMEs, and business analysts to analyze impacts, coordinate testing, and validate solutions. Validate that all releases meet requirements before going live. Use root cause analysis and lessons learned to refine testing processes and improve system reliability. Manage the automated regression testing suite to identify gaps, build new test cases, and support automation goals. Respond to inquiries from leadership and external oversight agencies with clear documentation, reports, and presentations.
