Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in business, Information Systems, or related field. - Required
  • Minimum 3 years of experience in platform management or enterprise systems ownership. - Required

Nice To Haves

  • Master’s degree in business administration or technology management. - Preferred
  • Proven track record in product ownership, release management, and vendor governance. Preferred
  • Certification in relevant platform- Preferred

Responsibilities

  • Lead governance processes, including prioritization of enhancements, upgrades, and releases.
  • Establish and enforce technical and application change management standards, ensuring compliance with documentation and audit requirements.
  • Develop and execute communication strategies for platform changes and releases.
  • Ensure training materials and documentation support adoption and user engagement.
  • Manage vendor relationships and integrate external roadmap strategies into HonorHealth’s platform evolution.
  • Oversee end-to-end release lifecycle: scoping, configuration, testing, deployment and communication.
  • Drive optimization initiatives, including calendar management, functional configuration, and integration development.
  • Ensure support team compliance with change documentation standards (e.g., ServiceNow).
  • Own platform budgeting, forecasting, and cost optimization strategies.
  • Drive the development of, and monitor, benefit realization and ROI metrics for platform investments.
  • Govern reporting frameworks, analytics hubs, and dashboards to measure performance.
  • Drive continuous improvement initiatives to maximize platform value.
  • Influence senior stakeholders and lead governance committees to ensure alignment with organizational priorities.
  • Serve as the primary liaison between business units, IT teams, and external vendors.
  • Communicate platform strategy, performance, and roadmap updates to executive leadership.
  • Ensure platform stability, scalability, and security compliance.
  • Monitor and address technical debt and performance issues proactively.
  • Oversee integration development and ensure adherence to architectural standards.
  • Conduct risk assessments for upgrades, releases, and integrations.
  • Develop and manage platform support structure and resource requirements.
  • Govern reporting frameworks, discovery boards, and analytics hubs.
  • Lead staffing and capacity planning for platform-related initiatives.
  • Monitor benefit realization and ROI metrics for platform investments.
