Learn more at www.stradaglobal.com Workday Senior Consultant Integration Design & Implementation Lead end-to-end Workday integration projects, including requirements gathering, design, development, testing, and deployment. Utilize Workday integration tools such as Enterprise Interface Builder (EIB), Workday Studio, Core Connectors, Cloud Connectors, PICOF/PECI, and Workday Extend to build and maintain integrations with internal and external systems (e.g., payroll, benefits, talent management, time tracking). Develop and implement XSLT transformations, REST/SOAP APIs, and JSON/XML data mappings to ensure seamless data flow across platforms. Troubleshoot and resolve integration issues, ensuring minimal disruption to operations. Reporting & Analytics Design, develop, and maintain advanced Workday reports, including Composite, Matrix, and custom reporting solutions. Build and optimize Workday dashboards to provide actionable insights for business stakeholders. Leverage Calculated Fields and Report-as-a-Service (RaaS) to enhance reporting capabilities. Ensure compliance with data governance standards and best practices in reporting. Stakeholder Collaboration & Support Collaborate with functional teams and third-party vendors to define requirements and develop integration solutions. Provide training and support to end-users, ensuring they are equipped to utilize Workday effectively. Offer ongoing support to troubleshoot and resolve integration and reporting issues. Documentation & Best Practices Maintain comprehensive documentation, including integration design documents, technical specifications, test plans, and deployment guides. Establish best practices for Workday utilization and create documentation to support future enhancements and training.

Requirements

  • Experience: Minimum of 5–7 years in Workday integration and reporting, with a strong background in Workday modules (e.g., Core HR, Payroll, Compensation, Benefits).
  • Technical Proficiency: Hands-on experience with Workday integration tools (EIB, Studio, Core Connectors, Cloud Connectors, PICOF/PECI, Workday Extend), XSLT, REST/SOAP APIs, and data transformation techniques.
  • Reporting Expertise: Proficient in designing and developing Workday reports and dashboards, utilizing Calculated Fields and RaaS.
  • Analytical Skills: Strong problem-solving abilities with attention to detail.
  • Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to interact effectively with diverse teams and stakeholders.
  • Education: Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Information Systems, or a related field.

Nice To Haves

  • Certifications: Workday Integration and Reporting certifications (e.g., Workday Studio Certified, Integration Certified, Report Designer).
  • Additional Skills: Experience with Workday Financials, Adaptive Planning, or similar ERP systems; proficiency in scripting languages such as JavaScript, Python, or Groovy.
  • Language Proficiency: Knowledge of additional languages is a plus.
