About The Position

This position is posted by Jobgether on behalf of a partner company. We are currently looking for a Senior Workday Functional Consultant - REMOTE. In this role, you will leverage your extensive experience working with Workday HCM, Benefits, and Compensation modules to drive enhancements and integrations within the Workday ecosystem. You'll work closely with cross-functional teams, ensuring accurate configurations and troubleshooting functionalities to meet business needs. This position is ideal for those who can join immediately and are comfortable with PST-aligned shifts. Your contributions will have a significant impact on the operational efficiency of our client's processes.

Requirements

• 8–11 years of overall IT experience with 4–6+ years of hands-on experience in Workday HCM.
• Strong functional expertise in Benefits and Compensation modules.
• Experience in Workday Integrations — Studio, PECI, EIB (Core Connectors is a plus).
• Proven ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
• Comfortable working in PST-aligned shifts (6:00 PM – 2:00 AM IST overlap required).

Nice To Haves

• Workday Certifications (HCM, Integrations, Benefits, Compensation) are a plus.
• Experience working with global HR and payroll processes.

Responsibilities

• Act as the functional subject matter expert for Workday HCM, Benefits, and Compensation modules.
• Collaborate with cross-functional stakeholders to gather business requirements and translate them into detailed functional specifications.
• Design, build, and support Workday integrations including Studio, PECI, EIB, and Core Connectors.
• Perform end-to-end testing, validation, troubleshooting, and issue resolution.
• Manage system configurations, enhancements, change requests, and production support activities.
• Ensure data accuracy, compliance, and smooth integration workflows.
• Work closely with global teams operating in PST time zones and provide timely support.
