About The Position

CTG is seeking a Workday Recruiting Functional Tester to join our client’s team. This role focuses on functional and integration testing, supporting User Acceptance Testing (UAT), and ensuring Workday Recruiting and Talent Acquisition modules meet business requirements.
Location: Plano, TX
Duration: 12 months

Requirements

• Workday Recruiting (primary) & Talent Acquisition (secondary) modules
• Functional Testing (primary), Integration Testing (secondary)
• Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Business, or a related field preferred, or equivalent experience.
• Excellent verbal and written English communication skills and the ability to interact professionally with a diverse group are required.

Nice To Haves

• Workday Recruiting Certification preferred
• Experience with Jira and Q-Test
• Agile team experience

Responsibilities

• Create and execute functional test plans and test cases for Workday Recruiting and Talent Acquisition modules.
• Validate recruitment configurations, business processes, and functional flows.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements and prepare for UAT.
• Provide functional input to data and integration teams; validate test results.
• Track defects and ensure alignment with requirements.
