About The Position

Infosys is seeking an experienced Workday PRISM Senior Consultant to join our Workday team. The ideal candidate will have strong expertise in Workday PRISM analytics and reporting, with the ability to design, implement, and optimize data solutions that support business objectives. Candidate will design and develop Workday PRISM analytics solutions to meet business requirements.

Requirements

• At least 4+ years of relevant Information Technology experience
• Bachelor’s degree or foreign equivalent required from an accredited institution. Will also consider three years of progressive experience in the specialty in lieu of every year of education.
• Location for this position is Irvine, CA. This position may require relocation and/or travel to client/project location.
• Experience in Workday ERP Implementation or support projects and relevant experience in ERP domain in implementation / support projects related to Workday application
• Candidate should be proficient in all the delivered ERP processes, reports and analytics, suggest best practices
• Proven experience as a Workday PRISM Consultant
• Strong understanding of Workday reporting and analytics tools
• Hands-on experience with Workday PRISM datasets and dashboards
• Ability to analyze complex data and present insights effectively
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills

Responsibilities

• Design and develop Workday PRISM analytics solutions to meet business requirements
• Configure and maintain Workday PRISM datasets, dashboards, and reports
• Collaborate with stakeholders to understand reporting needs and deliver actionable insights
• Ensure data integrity, security, and compliance within Workday PRISM
• Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to Workday PRISM functionality
• Provide guidance and best practices for Workday PRISM implementation and usage
