About The Position

RGP is looking for a Workday US Payroll Product Manager to own and optimize a payroll ecosystem for ~10,000+ U.S. employees. You'll drive the product strategy, lead system enhancements, ensure compliance, and partner with HR, Payroll Operations, Finance, and IT to deliver accurate, efficient payroll processes.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree required.
  • 5+ years Workday Payroll experience with product ownership or leadership responsibilities.
  • Strong knowledge of U.S. payroll regulations and operations.
  • Experience with Time & Attendance, Absence Management, and Benefits integration.
  • Excellent project management and stakeholder communication skills.

Responsibilities

  • Serve as primary product owner for Workday US Payroll, from requirements to deployment.
  • Maintain the payroll roadmap aligned with HR and Finance goals.
  • Monitor Workday releases and implement relevant new features.
  • Partner with Payroll Operations, Time & Attendance, and Absence Management to ensure data accuracy.
  • Oversee integrations with Workday HCM, Benefits, Darwin Mercer, tax providers, and financial systems.
  • Lead testing and deployment of payroll configuration changes.
  • Ensure compliance with federal/state tax laws, SOX, and data privacy requirements.
