Our consultants are hands-on involved in full-scale implementation, project management, change management, requirements and design, process improvement, testing, integration enablement support, overseeing supplier enablement, and best practices Contributing beyond client delivery, including, but not limited to recruiting, coaching, marketing, business development, practice development, operational improvement, and beyond Implementing performance improvement and cost-reduction initiatives CrossVue is seeking Lead Payroll Consultant to guide our clients through the transformation, implementation and operation phases of Workday Payroll implementations. As a Workday Payroll, Absence, and Time Tracking Consultant, you'll have the opportunity to: Participate in full-cycle and phase X implementation projects within the Workday HCM product suite, focusing primarily on Payroll projects with some exposure to Absence and Time Tracking as well Support the advisory, planning and implementation of Workday Global Payroll, Absence, and Time Tracking applications by documenting requirements, mapping processes, gathering system data, and converting data into format required for integration Scope conversion requirements, execute data transformation activities, and support end user validation activities from existing Legacy system to new system Implement performance improvement and cost-reduction initiatives Communicate effectively with clients to convey project updates and recommendations Prioritize client’s interest and proactively listen to ensure that work exceeds their expectations

Requirements

  • 3+ years of recent Workday experience implementing Payroll, Absence, and Time Tracking configurations
  • Experience on large end-to-end implementations or small end-to-end implementations of Workday PATT modules
  • Demonstrated knowledge of PATT configuration and Calculated Fields
  • Current certifications in Workday Payroll (required) plus Absence and Time Tracking preferred
  • Willingness to be certified in additional Workday areas demonstrating a broad understanding of the Workday ecosystem and its interconnected modules
  • Ability to build and develop strong client relationships
  • Strong leadership skills with the ability to foster an environment of collaboration and excellence
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Strong attention to detail with the ability to think from a “big picture” perspective
  • Creativity, confidence, flexibility, and a great sense of humor

Nice To Haves

  • Support experience on Workday PATT projects and ability to manage multiple implementations simultaneously (preferred)
  • Previous consulting experience with a Workday deployment partner is a plus
  • Experience deploying multiple HCM projects simultaneously is a plus
