Our tech managers perform a wide range of functions such as working in conjunction with other Huron and client team members—and leading the implementation life cycle (including planning, configuration, design, build, conversion, training, go-live and post-production support). Requirements

  • 6-10 years of experience operating as a technical lead and/or architect on cloud-based enterprise system implementations
  • 2-3 years of experience with complex systems integrations, data conversions, and end-to-end technical work-stream ownership
  • Ability to collaborate with project team and client leadership to understand and resolve client problems or barriers; provides appropriate technical recommendations that align with business needs
  • Deep expertise in one ore more technical area of cloud-based ERP, EPM, CRM, or Data Management solutions
  • Experience coaching and leading technical staff members
  • Huron requires a Bachelor’s Degree in a field related to this position or equivalent work experience
  • Willingness to travel up to 50%

Responsibilities

  • Implement new Workday integrations, inbound and outbound EIB’s.
  • Manage and implement Workday Integration enhancements .
  • Work with cross functional teams to understand requirements and design and implement solutions.
  • Comfortable interacting with varying levels of client personnel based on project need
