Job Summary: The Workday Integrations Lead will be responsible for designing, developing, and managing integrations between Workday and other enterprise systems. This role requires a deep understanding of Workday integration tools, as well as strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
  • 5+ years of experience with Workday integrations or related enterprise software.
  • Strong proficiency in Workday integration tools and technologies.
  • Experience with APIs, PECI, XML, and data transformation.
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Good communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Ability to lead projects and mentor team members effectively.

Nice To Haves

  • Workday certifications (e.g., Workday Integration Certification).
  • Experience in HR or finance systems integration.
  • Familiarity with Agile project management methodologies.

Responsibilities

  • Lead the design and implementation of Workday integrations using tools such as Workday Studio, EIB, PECI, and Workday Web Services.
  • Oversee team of Workday developers (24 hr by 5 day) to support multiple integrations for core HCM, benefits, time & attendance, and payroll projects globally.
  • Collaborate with HR, Finance, and IT teams to understand integration requirements and translate them into technical specifications.
  • Develop, test, and deploy integration solutions to ensure data accuracy and integrity across systems.
  • Monitor and troubleshoot integration processes, ensuring timely resolution of any issues.
  • Maintain documentation for integration processes, including mapping, data flow, and process flows.
  • Provide support and training to internal teams on Workday integrations and related processes.
  • Stay updated on Workday releases and new integration features, recommending improvements as needed.
  • Lead integration projects, ensuring they are completed on time and within scope.
