About The Position

Workday Integration Specialist Key Role: Guide stakeholders through the design, implementation, and support of Workday integration and extend solutions, ensuring successful delivery. Support day-to-day operational functions, applying project management, analytical capabilities of a business analyst, and process knowledge. Collaborate closely with functional leads and stakeholders to translate business requirements into scalable integration solutions to ensure successful implementation of new functionality and processes within project timelines. Maintain thorough documentation of requirements, technical file specs, end-to-end processes, and other project artifacts. Perform system configuration and c ond uct unit testing and defect management in support of operational and project tasks. Support User Acceptance Testing ( UAT ) and assist with inquiries, questions, and resolving issues such as Help Desk incidents. Due to the nature of work performed within this facility, U.S. citizenship is required.

Requirements

  • Experience with Workday Studio, EIB, Core Connectors, PECI, RaaS, or REST / SOAP API integrations
  • Experience with Micro sof t Office suite, including Excel and PowerPoint
  • Knowledge of integration patterns, error handling, and Workday data models
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities, deliver high-quality outcomes, and maintain client satisfaction
  • Ability to manage client expectations effectively
  • Bachelor's degree and 3+ years of experience implementing or supporting Workday integrations, or 6+ years of experience implementing or supporting Workday integrations in lieu of a degree
  • U.S. citizenship is required
