About The Position

We have an enterprise level University and Hospital going through a Workday migration. The Manager specifically said that they need a Workday Integration Developer who’s strong in EIB, Core Connector, Workday Studio and XSLT. It would be helpful if they also have JavaScript or JSON experience. The environment is very complex; they have 475 integrations. Our client is responsible for 250, they have built 150 so far.. July 2027 is the go-live date. Special Knowledge, Skills & Abilities Requirements gathering and analysis. Process modeling. Web based design and development skills: HTML5, Java, JavaScript, or other web technologies. Troubleshooting and problem resolution. Performance analysis and tuning. Proficiency in Workday Studio, EIB, Core Connectors, and other Workday integration tools. Experience with web services (REST, SOAP, JSON), API and XML/XSLT. Two years’ experience in a Workday Integration Development role. Minimum Qualifications Bachelor's Degree. Six years of related experience. Additional education may substitute for required experience and additional related experience may substitute for required education, to the extent permitted by the JHU equivalency formula. Preferred Qualifications Knowledge of best practices for and experience with data conversions, system integrations, and information security requirements for ERP systems. Experience in mobile application development, particularly with Workday mobile solutions, is highly desirable. Experience with the full life cycle of software development projects (analysis, design, development, testing, implementation, and maintenance). Experience developing architecture diagrams and roadmaps. Workday certification in Integration or related areas. Understanding of data privacy regulations and compliance. Exposure to enterprise architecture standards and modeling techniques. Knowledge of Software Development Lifecycle (SDLC) in a cloud-based infrastructure Skills javascript, workday Top Skills Details javascript,workday Additional Skills & Qualifications Workday Orchestrate and Workday Extend would be nice to haves. This person has to have really good communication. They also must be very technical. Manager has been inundated with fake resume/profiles. They want to ensure that we only send fully vetted, proven people, this is super important for these roles. 85-149k when the person would convert. The Manager mentioned that after 2-3 months they may look to convert someone, if they do, they will be charged for the early conversion. Requirements
