Requirements

  • 2+ years of experience working with Workday, including configuration and administration in multiple modules, or a combination of education and experience.
  • Experience with advanced Workday reporting tools (custom reports, calculated fields, etc).
  • Must have experience with advanced and matrix reporting.
  • Experience using EIBs to load data and make system updates.
  • Strong understanding of HR processes and data structures.
  • Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
  • Advanced proficiency using Microsoft Excel and/or Google Sheets.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Information Technology, Business Administration, or related field.

Nice To Haves

  • Project management experience or working in Agile environments (preferred).
  • Experience with Workday integrations, RaaS reporting, custom integrations (including XSLT and document transformation).
  • Workday Studio experience is a plus but not required.
  • Familiarity with security roles and permissions in Workday (preferred).
  • Workday PRO certification(s) or prior completion of Workday training (preferred).

Responsibilities

  • Manage and configure Workday modules, including Core HCM, WD Help, Absence, Time Tracking, Talent, Learning, Recruiting, Benefits, and Compensation.
  • Provide day-to-day support and troubleshooting for Workday users across the organization.
  • Serve as the initial point of contact or Workday questions and support.
  • Create and maintain advanced Workday reports, dashboards, and calculated fields.
  • Lead or support Workday enhancement projects, updates, and releases.
  • Manage bi-annual Workday updates and stay up to date on new product offerings, and how they can help the organization.
  • Collaborate with business leaders to optimize business processes and systems.
  • Develop and maintain documentation including process flows, configuration settings, and user guides (Knowledge Articles).
  • Train end users and create training materials as needed.
  • Ensure compliance and safeguard employee data.
  • Must be able to work both independently and within a team.
  • Other duties as assigned.
