The PTG Analyst Development Program Our Analyst Development Program is a one-year, highly visible initiative designed to develop foundational consulting skills while fully immersing participants in PTG’s collaborative culture and processes. As an Analyst, you’ll: Build expertise in one or more Workday verticals, while gaining exposure to a wide range of PTG services. Work alongside experienced consultants on client engagements, receiving guidance and real-time support. Be paired with a mentor and a people manager who will provide career advice and coaching outside of your client work. What You’ll Do Analysts on our Workday Human Capital Management (HCM) team use their understanding of Human Resources (HR) business processes to identify client requirements and configure Workday solutions to meet them. Familiarity with HR, Payroll, or other shared services areas is helpful but not required. Success in this role comes from a combination of adaptability, problem-solving, analytical thinking, and strong communication skills. You’ll be supported by your team but will also be challenged to grow outside your comfort zone. This is your chance to experience hands-on learning, earn certifications aligned to your projects, and contribute directly to the success of PTG and our clients. Why PTG?
