About The Position

Infosys is seeking an experienced Workday Compensation Core Functional Consultant to join our team. The ideal candidate will have expertise in Workday Compensation configuration and functionality, ensuring accurate and efficient management ofpensation processes within the Workday platform.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree or foreign equivalent required from an accredited institution. Will also consider three years of progressive experience in the specialty in lieu of every year of education.
  • At least 4 years of Information Technology experience.
  • Location for this position is Raleigh, NC, Indianapolis, IN, Phoenix AZ, Richardson TX or Hartford CT. This position may require relocation and/or travel to client/project location.
  • At least 4 years of experience in ERP software development life cycle.
  • Hands on experience in Workday ERP Implementation or support projects and relevant experience in ERP domain in implementation / support projects related to Workday applications.
  • Proven experience as a Workday Compensation Functional Consultant.
  • Strong understanding of Workday Compensation configuration and business processes.
  • Excellent problem-solving andmunication skills.

Responsibilities

  • Configure and maintain Workday Compensation modules, including plans, grades, and packages.
  • Collaborate with HR and business teams to gather requirements and implement solutions.
  • Ensurepliance withpensation policies andanizational standards.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to Workday Compensation functionality.
  • Provide guidance and best practices forpensation processes in Workday.
  • Support testing, deployment, and post-implementation activities.
  • Ability to analyze requirements and deliver functional solutions.
