Join our team as the expert you are now and create your future. The CoE - Senior Associate will be responsible for driving operational excellence and innovation within the Center of Excellence (COE). This role focuses on standardizing tools, improving processes, and enabling cross-functional collaboration to deliver high-impact solutions across multiple projects and personas.

Responsibilities

  • Tool & Process Optimization Lead initiatives to standardize tools and dashboards and enhance usability of Smartsheet and SharePoint.
  • Conduct thorough analysis of existing processes to identify inefficiencies and areas for improvement.
  • Develop and implement process improvement strategies.
  • Create and maintain detailed documentation of processes, including process maps, workflows, and standard operating procedures (SOPs).
  • Ensure that all process changes are well-documented and communicated across the organization.
  • Program Management Deliver COE overviews and present various audiences, including leadership and new hires.
  • Deliver trainings based on CoE needs.
  • Lead process improvement projects from inception to completion, ensuring timely delivery and adherence to project goals.
  • Coordinate with cross-functional teams to gather requirements, develop solutions, and implement changes.
  • Regularly report on progress and outcomes to of key performance indicators (KPIs), used to measure the success of process improvement initiatives, to the CoE leadership and stakeholders.
  • Analyze data and create custom reports for senior management.
  • Collaboration & Enablement Foster partnerships across teams to improve workflows and knowledge sharing.
  • Mentor and empower team members to adopt best practices and innovative solutions.
  • Act as a change champion for methodology, process improvement and innovation.
  • Provide training and support to employees on new processes and best practices.
  • Innovation & Continuous Improvement Drive adoption of new tools through the development of training materials and conducting workshops to promote a culture of continuous improvement.
  • Identify opportunities for automation in our current internal processes.
  • Support creation and rollout of a centralized knowledge base.
  • Support standardization and continuous improvement efforts.
  • Stakeholder Engagement Collaborate with key stakeholders to understand their needs and ensure alignment with process improvement goals.
  • Act as a liaison between the CoE and other departments to facilitate smooth implementation of process changes.
