About The Position

This position is responsible for supporting the ongoing maintenance of managerial reports and dashboards, as well as annual forecasting events (current year reforecasts, annual budget, and 5-year projections) specifically within our Workday environment. While supporting current processes, the incumbent will collaborate with the Business Intelligence team to automate and simplify workflows through technology. This role combines strong financial and analytical reporting skills with technical expertise in Business Intelligence and automation.

Requirements

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite; advanced Excel skills required.
• Strong accounting knowledge, CPA preferred.
• Excellent oral and written communication skills.
• Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
• Results-oriented and customer-focused.
• Self-starter with enthusiasm for learning and automating processes.
• Programming experience for process/report automation (PL-SQL, VBA, etc.).
• Demonstrated expertise with Workday Financials and Accounting Center, configuration and reporting Workday dashboarding tools
• Experience with managerial reporting and BI technologies.
• Bachelor’s Degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Intelligence, Computer Science, or related field.
• 10+ years of experience in corporate finance and/or Business Intelligence, or equivalent combination of education and experience.

Nice To Haves

• Experience with Robotic Process Automation (RPA) or AI technologies.
• Preferred experience in financial consolidation, Workday reporting tools, data warehousing, dashboarding, and automation technologies.

Responsibilities

• Maintain and improve monthly reporting packages and dashboard reports (primarily focused on Sales and Revenue).
• Provide variance analysis and insights from financial data.
• Support the creation of monthly and quarterly Executive and Board reporting packages.
• Assist with financial forecasting, including current year reforecasts, annual budgets, and 5-year projections.
• Partner with the BI team to automate managerial reporting and forecasting processes.
• Educate non-financial stakeholders on interpreting reports and dashboards.
• Participate in additional projects or duties as assigned.
• Provide guidance and mentorship to junior team members.
• Occasional travel required.
