About The Position

We’re seeking a Workday HRIS Benefits, Absence & Integrations Analyst to join our high-performing HRIS team at our corporate headquarters in Dunwoody, GA. This is a hands-on role for someone who knows Workday benefits inside and out—and wants to own Benefits, Absence, and Integrations from design through delivery. The Workday Benefits, Absence & Integrations Analyst is a key member of our Workday HRIS team, responsible for delivering scalable, high-quality Workday HCM solutions across the organization. This role provides hands-on configuration support in the areas of Benefits, Absence, and Integrations. The ideal candidate brings deep Workday expertise, strong analytical capability, and a passion for partnering with business leaders to improve processes, enhance system performance, and support enterprise-wide HR transformation initiatives. This role is 100% on-site, five days per week. Collaboration matters here, and you’ll work closely with HR, Benefits, Payroll, vendors, and leadership to drive scalable, enterprise-wide solutions. As part of our Workday team, you will join an energized team of HRIS analysts delivering more than just technology—you will design, optimize, and transform the way our HR organization works.

Requirements

  • Advanced Workday experience in Benefits, Absence, and Integrations (non-negotiable)
  • Direct, hands-on leadership experience administering Workday Benefits and supporting complex Absence requirements
  • Experience supporting high-volume organizations (10,000+ employees) in multi-state environments
  • Proven success owning complex Workday integrations and vendor relationships
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to turn data into actionable insights
  • Excellent communication skills—you can explain technical concepts to non-technical partners
  • Advanced proficiency in Excel and reporting tools
  • Ability to work on-site in our Dunwoody, GA corporate office five days per week
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex datasets, identify trends, and provide leadership with actionable insights that inform Benefits, Absence, and integration decisions.
  • Proven experience leading configuration and design of Workday Benefits and Absence in multi-state, high-volume environments.
  • Demonstrated success owning and optimizing complex Workday integrations, including coordination with multiple third-party vendors and internal stakeholders.
  • Extensive hands-on experience maintaining, enhancing, and governing large-scale Workday Benefits, Absence, and related integration frameworks.
  • Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel and other data analysis or reporting tools used to validate configuration, troubleshoot issues, and monitor integration performance.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to clearly present technical concepts, create comprehensive documentation, and articulate system impacts to both HR and business leaders.
  • Direct, hands-on leadership experience administering Workday Benefits—including open enrollment, life event processing, and vendor integrations—as well as supporting complex Absence configurations.
  • Bachelor’s degree + minimum 5 years of Workday Benefits & Absence experience; OR
  • No degree + minimum 9 years of hands-on Workday Benefits & Absence experience.
  • Active participation as a functional lead in at least two full-cycle Workday Benefits and Absence implementations, including integrations.
  • Current Workday certification in HCM, Benefits, Absence, Compensation, or related modules.
  • Must be based in Atlanta, Georgia.
  • Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office applications (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
  • Ability to develop white papers, lead design sessions, facilitate stakeholder discussions, and deliver Workday demonstrations.
  • Prior experience partnering with HR departments and a strong understanding of HR operational challenges, especially related to Benefits, Absence, and systems integration.

  • Experience supporting HR technology in the hospitality industry (hotels & resorts) preferred.

Responsibilities

  • Serve as the hands-on Workday Benefits, Absence, and Integrations Analyst for assigned projects and production support activities.
  • Deliver Workday HCM solutions that enable better decision-making and drive operational efficiency across the company.
  • Facilitate design sessions, gather business and location-level requirements, and develop creative, scalable configuration solutions.
  • Lead and/or participate in documentation, configuration, testing, and deployment activities.
  • Support Workday tenant maintenance, enhancements, and troubleshooting.
  • Collaborate closely with HRIS leadership, project managers, and cross-functional stakeholders to communicate challenges, drive process improvements, and ensure project success.
  • Maintain strong relationships with integration partners and benefits vendors, ensuring seamless and compliant data flow.
  • Promote an innovative, collaborative, and continuous-improvement culture within the HCM team.
  • Champion high levels of customer satisfaction and serve as a trusted expert for Workday Benefits and Absence.
  • Provide support—where applicable—in related Workday functional areas including Time Tracking, Scheduling, Payroll, Performance Management, Financials, and more.
