Recruiting ends for this role on 12/19/25 Work You'll Do The Workday Adaptive Planning Lead oversees the implementation and optimization of the Adaptive Planning platform. Responsibilities will include; Leading all aspects of Adaptive planning portions of the project Leading the requirements gathering, design, and architecture of Adaptive planning functions Leading client meetings for design and testing capabilities Configuration of Adaptive planning modules Coordinating integration and reporting capabilities in Adaptive The Team Deloitte's Government & Public Services (GPS) practice - our people, ideas, technology and outcomes - is designed for impact. Requirements

  • Bachelors Degree in related field
  • Active Workday Pro Adaptive Planning Platform Services Certification
  • Experience with at least 2 Workday Adaptive Planning implementations to include; Leading Workday Adaptive Planning design, process alignment, implementations
  • Experience working with Workday Adaptive models, integrations, and reporting
  • 3+ years of experience with Workday Adaptive Planning processes and best practices
  • 3+ years of experience as a Workday Adaptive Planning/Insights lead
  • Must be legally authorized to work in the United States without the need for employer sponsorship, now or at any time in the future
  • Ability to travel up to 50%, on average, based on the work you do and the clients and industries/sectors you serve

  • Experience implementing Workday budget module
  • Experience leading or implementing Workday financial modules
