About The Position
About this job: Support campus facilities and maintenance operations by assisting technicians and engineers with routine preventative maintenance, inspections, and basic repair tasks. The work-study employee helps ensure building systems operate safely and efficiently while gaining hands-on experience, maintaining accurate records, following safety procedures, and supporting inventory and work order needs. Requirements
- High school diploma or GED minimum required.

- Live and work with a permanent home address in Colorado while working with us.
- Have the ability with or without accommodations to meet the physical demands of the position.
Responsibilities
- Under general direction, works closely under the direction of current PM Technician, Building engineer, Pest management technicians positions
- Changing filters on HVAC equipment. Maintain spreadsheet documentation
- Check domestic hot water boilers for proper operation
- Lubricate bearings, verify proper operation of exhaust fans
- Checking and replacing belts as needed
- Testing EPO gas flows
- Prepares and cleans up the job site, taking into consideration safety concerns of self and others, and disposes of waste and flammable materials
- Performs inventory control of supplies, determines products and supplies needed for work order
- Replace water fountain filters
- Perform other duties, as assigned
