This internship will introduce high school students to the role of librarians. Interns will observe and assist with organizing resources and supporting staff. The experience provides insight into information management, research and educational support.

Responsibilities

• Shadow librarians during daily library activities
• Assist with tasks such as organizing books, digital resource, and educational materials.
• Observe how librarians support student research, reading programs, and technology use.
• Support events, workshops, or educational programs hosted by the library.
• Gain exposure to professional communication, and information management.
