Easy Ice continues to grow and seeks a bright, highly motivated Work Order Specialist to join their team in the BBB market. In this role, the Work Order Specialist is responsible for providing timely and accurate review and documentation of work orders received from our service providers. Ongoing technical training will be delivered by the Technical Services Board to ensure work order review captures any work orders not in compliance with Easy Ice SOP expectations.

Requirements

  • High School Degree or Equivalent
  • 5 years Customer Service or equivalent experience preferred
  • Intermediate level of technical aptitude
  • Team oriented
  • Self-starter
  • Detailed oriented and high level of accuracy delivered
  • Ability to multitask effectively
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite
  • Ability to perform effectively in a fast-paced environment
  • Work primarily in a climate-controlled environment with minimal safety/health hazard potential
  • Sedentary, sitting, walking, occasional lifting (overhead, waist level) from floor, bending, frequent near vision use for reading and computer use
  • Prolonged periods of time sitting

Responsibilities

  • Assist with customer requests
  • Deliver exceptional customer service
  • Distribute/Filter customer service emails daily
  • Review and processing of work orders, In compliance with Easy Ice technical SOP, based on tech notes and pictures
  • Create and distribute Preventive Maintenance work orders to service partners
  • Review Preventive Maintenance invoices
  • Reschedule Preventive Maintenance work orders, as needed
  • Monitor adherence to Maintenance Plan schedule
  • Responsible to consistently increase technical knowledge
  • Maintain customer and service provider contact lists
  • Escalate any work orders needing additional attention or service needs
  • Update and clean up customer information within Salesforce
  • Back-office administration and paperwork
  • Other duties and responsibilities as required
