Reporting directly to the Manager, Work Equipment & Training, the Work Equipment Mechanic will be responsible for the disassembly, repair, modification, overhaul, remanufacture and troubleshooting of the railroad's roadway maintenance equipment machinery and their various operating and control systems. Performs other related duties as assigned to meet the ongoing needs of the organization. This is a Union position.
