Requirements

Proficient in HTML & CSS
Basic to intermediate with PHP (ie. WordPress themes, templates, and functions)
Familiarity with JavaScript, Rest API or jQuery for interactive page elements
Experience customizing themes, templates, and page layouts
Solid understanding of SEO fundamentals, including keyword research, on-page optimization, and content structure best practices
Solid web/graphic design skills (Figma or similar tools), including banners, hero sections, promotional graphics, and branded website visuals

Nice To Haves

Experience with optimizing page speed and performance preferred
Familiarity with Google Analytics, Search Console, or similar tools preferred
Experience with Google Ads or other paid advertising platforms is a plus
Experience with MySQL and XML is a plus.
Experience working with Creative/Design/Marketing firms or departments a plus.
