The Website Specialist is responsible for managing day-to-day website operations, supporting content updates, improving site performance and ensuring a consistent, accessible digital experience across channels. They will partner closely with marketing communications, partners and Business Technology to execute updates, optimize pages for SEO/UX and maintain a scalable governance model. MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS Education: Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Digital Media or a related field Experience: 2 years of website management experience. Expertise with website platforms (i.e. WordPress, Storyblok, Squarespace), component-based design systems, and reusable content blocks. Working knowledge of HTML/CSS for content formatting and light fixes. Experience with GA4 (basic reporting, event tracking) and on-page SEO. Understanding of accessibility principles (WCAG 2.2) and inclusive content practices. Understanding of SEO tools and site performance tools. Proficiency with Active Campaign, Sprout Social, project management tools or similar marketing platforms. Creative thinker and problem solver with a passion for digital marketing. Strong organizational and project management skills. Ability to work independently and as part of a team. Travel: 5-10% Work Schedule: This position works between the hours of 7 am and 5 pm, Monday through Friday. Ability to work a flexible schedule is necessary.
