About The Position

The WordPress Developer will play a key role in building, maintaining, and enhancing client websites. While the core of the work focuses on WordPress development, the role may also involve supporting projects on Shopify and Drupal. This position requires someone who can work independently, communicate clearly, and collaborate seamlessly within a remote development environment.

Requirements

• Strong proficiency in WordPress development, including PHP, HTML, and related frameworks/tools.
• Familiarity with Shopify and Drupal (bonus, not mandatory).
• Excellent command of English for clear written and verbal communication.
• Exceptional communication skills with the ability to explain technical concepts clearly.
• Highly responsive, proactive, and reliable work style.
• Strong attention to detail and the ability to work independently.
• Team-oriented mindset with the ability to collaborate effectively in a remote environment.

Responsibilities

• WordPress, Drupal, Shopify, and BigCommerce, along with the ability to contribute to team leadership and operational planning (e.g., managing project timelines, capacity, and utilization)
• Assist the team with additional tasks
• Collaborate with project managers, designers, and developers to ensure timely, high-quality deliverables.
• Utilize project management and communication tools to stay aligned with team workflows and deadlines.
• Troubleshoot, debug, and optimize website performance.
