Why You’ll Love Working With Us 401(k) + Company Match Health Insurance (eligible employees) Paid Training & Uniforms Provided PTO, Sick Time & 10 Paid Holidays Monthly Incentives + Referral Bonuses Career Growth — We Always Promote From Within Company Events: Monthly Gatherings + Annual Celebration Bonuses For Developing Talent No Cap On Your Growth Potential What You’ll Do Lead daily operations and keep shifts running smoothly Manage inventory: order supplies, monitor stock, reduce waste Train, coach, motivate, and support team members Address customer questions and resolve issues professionally Jump in to help with cleaning tasks when needed Lead daily huddles + join weekly meetings with the Area Manager Perform quality checks and complete final walk-throughs Keep the worksite clean, safe, organized, and professional Build a strong, positive, collaborative team culture Identify team members ready for more responsibility or promotion Monitor labor hours and stay within (or beat!) budget targets Improve workflows and streamline processes Ensure staff have the right supplies and tools before each shift Communicate updates clearly and consistently Take ownership of labor overages and client satisfaction Partner closely with the Manager to deliver top-notch results What We’re Looking For Reliable transportation + clean driving record Strong communication, organization & leadership skills High attention to detail; able to multitask Works well independently and with a team Prior supervisory experience strongly preferred Solid, stable work history Experience managing inventory + labor budgets Skilled at staff development and team motivation Bilingual/multilingual a plus!
