The Woodside Club Coordinator oversees the day-to-day operations of the Xfinity Center Woodside Club alongside Venue Management, Food and Beverage team members, and the venue Ancillary Sales Team. The Woodside Club Coordinator is responsible for the integrity of the Woodside Club and the experiences provided to its guests.

Responsibilities

  • Leads and works with various venue staff (cleaning, maintenance, security, ticket takers) to execute a premium hospitality experience
  • Conducts pre-show meetings with Woodside Club team members and stakeholders
  • Responsible for setting up the Woodside Club to be “show ready” prior to the event (including but not limited to: music, lighting, signage, cleanliness, equipment functionality and special activations or themed nights)
  • Actively leads coordinating maintenance related fixes for the Woodside Club, often working with and managing vendors
  • Monitors the Woodside Club throughout the evening, working all events from beginning to end
  • Conducts post show recap and relays feedback to Ancillary Sales and Food and Beverage team members
  • Works with Box Office on ticket issues throughout show
  • Primary spokesperson and creative lead on Woodside Club Operations; work with Venue Management to pilot hospitality programs and oversee their operation from beginning to end of show
