Shift: Monday-Friday 7am – 3:30pm Job Description: The Woodshop Machine Operator is responsible for operating and maintaining woodworking machinery to produce high-quality wood components according to specifications. This role requires attention to detail, adherence to safety standards, and the ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced production environment.

Requirements

  • Operate woodworking machines such as saws, planers, routers, sanders, and CNC equipment.
  • Read and interpret blueprints, technical drawings, and work orders.
  • Measure, cut, shape, and finish wood materials to precise dimensions.
  • Perform routine maintenance and cleaning of machines to ensure optimal performance.
  • Inspect finished products for quality and accuracy, making adjustments as needed.
  • Maintain a clean and organized work area in compliance with safety regulations.
  • Report any equipment malfunctions or safety hazards to the supervisor promptly.
  • Collaborate with team members to meet production deadlines and quality standards.
  • Must be able to lift up to 50 pounds.
  • Glenshaw, PA 15116: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Required)
