About The Position

The Wood Shop Supervisor leads the campus woodshop and mentors students in developing strong work ethic, craftsmanship, and Christ -centered character. This role oversees daily operations, trains students on equipment and safety, and helps produce wood products for the ministry and the public.

Requirements

• Strong woodworking skills and experience building wood products
• Ability to train and supervise students in a shop environment
• Organized and able to manage multiple projects in a fast -paced setting
• Willingness to mentor students spiritually, emotionally, and professionally
• Ability to maintain equipment and ensure shop safety standards
• Ability to work Monday–Friday during regular shop hours

Nice To Haves

• Leadership or supervisory experience
• Experience working with CNC or laser machines (or willingness to learn)
• OSHA training
• CPR / First Aid certification
• Experience working in ministry or recovery programs
