Requirements

• Proven experience in woodworking, carpentry, or related fields
• Proficiency with woodworking tools and machinery
• Strong attention to detail and precision in craftsmanship
• Ability to read technical drawings and work from specifications
• Knowledge of safety procedures and best practices in a wood shop environment
• Good communication skills and ability to work as part of a team
• Physical ability to lift heavy materials and stand for extended periods
• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds without assistance.

Responsibilities

• Operate and maintain woodworking machinery and tools safely and efficiently
• Cut, shape, assemble, and finish wood components according to project specifications
• Read and interpret technical drawings, blueprints, and work orders
• Ensure quality control by inspecting finished products for accuracy and craftsmanship
• Maintain a clean and organized work area, adhering to safety standards
• Collaborate with team members to meet production deadlines and project goals
