From the moment guests walk through the door, you’ll be there to greet them with a smile, guide them through the experience, and ensure their visit is nothing short of extraordinary. Requirements

  • High school diploma or GED
  • 6+ months experience in attractions, entertainment, or hospitality (preferred)
  • Excellent communication and teamwork skills
  • High energy, positive attitude, and a passion for guest service
  • Able to adapt in a fast-paced, multitasking environment
  • Comfortable using standard office tools and software
  • Must be available to work flexible hours, including weekends, evenings & holidays
  • Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and move around the attraction
  • Work in a variety of indoor/outdoor environments
  • Committed to safety for guests and team members alike
  • May require local travel occasionally

Responsibilities

  • Lead the Team: Supervise and support the Guest Experience crew during daily operations
  • Delegate tasks and monitor progress in real-time
  • Create Amazing Experiences: Motivate the team to be “guest obsessed” 🧡
  • Ensure all guests receive world-class service and prompt support
  • Keep It Safe & Smooth: Uphold health & safety standards
  • Manage guest flow and queues to optimize the experience
  • Train & Empower: Onboard and train Hosts across all guest-facing areas
  • Maintain training records and help develop team members
  • Step In & Step Up: Act as Supervisor on Duty or assist in various roles when needed
  • Handle guest feedback and escalate when necessary
  • Support the Team: Participate in team audits, engagement activities, and improvement projects
  • Provide feedback, coaching, and performance evaluations
