Requirements
- High School Diploma or GED
- at least six months’ customer service experience
- available to work evenings, weekends, and holidays
Responsibilities
- provide world-class guest service
- ensure the smooth, efficient operation and impeccably neat and clean appearance of the Locker Room Front Desk Reception, Locker Bays and Aquavana areas
- providing them with a personalized tour as they check in and furnishing them with a robe and sandals
- keeping these areas stocked with neatly-folded towels, refreshments, and amenities
